Who we are
QC Elite ("we", "us") is a grassroots youth soccer club serving the Quad Cities (IA/IL). You can reach us at pwhitmer4@gmail.com.
Information we collect
Our website is a largely static, informational site. We collect personal information only when you choose to submit it through a form (for example: contact, player interest, volunteer, or sponsor forms). That may include your name, email, phone number, and any details you include in your message.
We intentionally ask for a player's first name only and do not request birth dates, addresses, school information, medical information, or payment details through this website.
How we use it
We use the information you submit solely to respond to you and to administer club programs you've expressed interest in. We do not sell or rent your information.
How forms are processed
Website form submissions are delivered to us by our form provider, Formspree, which emails them to our club inbox. We do not store submissions in a database on this website. Please review Formspree's own privacy practices for how they handle data in transit.
Third-party platforms
Registration and any payments are handled by GotSport, and any donations are handled by a trusted third-party payment processor. When you use those services, their privacy policies apply. We never process registrations or payments on this website.
Analytics
We use privacy-friendly, cookieless website analytics to understand general traffic patterns. We aim to minimize tracking and do not build advertising profiles of visitors.
Children's privacy
Protecting young people is a priority. We do not knowingly publish identifying information about minors (such as full names, contact details, birth dates, addresses, schools, or private schedules). Photos and any player recognition are handled with consent and care. Parents or guardians may contact us with any concern about their child's information.
Photo & media consent
Placeholder — confirm this matches your actual consent process. From time to time we may take photos or video at practices, games, and events to celebrate our players and promote the club. We ask for parent/guardian consent before publishing images of minors, and we honor opt-outs. When we feature a player, we use a first name and last initial only. We do not publish images alongside a child's full name, contact information, or other identifying details. To request that an image of your child be removed, email pwhitmer4@gmail.com and we will take it down promptly.
Your choices
You may request that we delete a message you've sent us by emailing pwhitmer4@gmail.com. Because we don't store submissions on this website, deletion generally means removing the related email from our inbox.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
