- Use the soles, insides, and outsides of both feet
- Keep the ball close — small touches
- Head up between touches
Variations
- Beginner Toe taps on top of the ball — 30 seconds, rest, repeat 3x.
- Intermediate Foundations (side-to-side inside touches) for 30 seconds x 3.
- Advanced Foundations as fast as you can for 45 seconds, counting your touches.
