  • 100 toe taps without stopping
  • Dribble 20 yards using only the inside of each foot
  • 20 sole rolls with each foot
  • Juggle the ball 5 times in a row
  • 10 wall passes with your strong foot
  • Juggle 15 times in a row
  • 25 wall passes with your strong foot, 15 with your weak foot
  • Dribble a figure-8 around two markers, both feet
  • 10 clean first touches into a 1-yard gate
  • Perform a pullback turn 10 times each foot
  • Juggle 30 times in a row using both feet
  • Complete 5 different 1v1 moves (e.g. scissor, step-over, body feint)
  • 30 weak-foot wall passes with clean contact
  • Dribble at speed through 5 markers without losing control
  • First touch and turn in one motion, 10 reps each side
  • Juggle 50 in a row
  • Scan (look over both shoulders) before every touch in a 2-minute drill
  • Weak-foot driven pass 15 yards, 15 of 20 on target
  • Beat a defender (or cone) with a move, then make an accurate pass
  • Receive on the half-turn and play forward, 15 reps
  • Train on your own at least 3 days this week
  • Set a personal goal and track it for 2 weeks
  • Juggle 75+ in a row, both feet
  • Lead a warm-up or help a younger player
  • Reflect after each session: one thing that went well, one to improve
