What it means to be QC Elite
Being part of QC Elite is about more than soccer. It's how we show up, treat each other, and chase our best — every single day.
Our values
The QC Elite way
Work Rate
We give our best effort every session — talent grows when you outwork yesterday.
Respect
Teammates, opponents, coaches, refs, and the game all get our respect.
Courage
We try new things, take players on, and aren't afraid to make mistakes.
Team First
We win and lose together. The badge on the front matters more than the name on the back.
Growth
We chase progress, not perfection. Every rep is a chance to get better.
Joy
We play because we love it. Bring energy and have fun.
Our mindset
Train with purpose
Don't just go through the motions. Know what you're working on, give it your full focus, and finish every session a little better than you started. Small habits, repeated daily, build great players.
Practice habits
- Arrive on time, ready to go, with your gear and water.
- Listen the first time and ask good questions.
- Go game-speed — practice how you want to play.
- Encourage teammates; pick each other up.
- Get extra touches before and after, on your own.
Game-day expectations
- Be a great teammate on the bench and on the field.
- Play hard, play fair, and stick to the game plan.
- Stay positive after mistakes — next play.
- Respect the referee's decisions, always.
- Shake hands and say thanks after every match.
Player responsibilities
- Take care of your own gear and the team's equipment.
- Communicate with your coach if you can't make a session.
- Train on your own between practices.
- Be honest, coachable, and a good listener.
- Represent QC Elite well at school and online too.
The Sportsmanship Pledge
“I will give my best effort, respect my teammates, opponents, coaches, and referees, play fair, stay positive, and represent QC Elite with pride — win or lose.”
